Amelia

Amelia began her veterinary career with Portland Vets Edenbridge in 2022, joining the team as a Student Veterinary Nurse. Throughout her training she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical practice, and in 2024 she proudly qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Eager to continue her growth, she moved to Portland Vets Crawley in 2025, where she now plays a key role in supporting both patients and the nursing team.

Amelia has a particular passion for inpatient care, finding great reward in providing close, attentive support to animals during their recovery. She loves being able to make a real difference to patients’ comfort and wellbeing while working as part of a caring, dedicated team.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found at the gym or out on long walks—usually accompanied by Bailey, her lively and much‑loved Cockerpoo who keeps her on her toes.
