Patient Care Assistant
Amber joined the team in 2025 as a Patient Care Assistant having previously worked as a PCA at a small practice in Kent. She has a passion for animal health and wellbeing and enjoys caring for patients throughout their time with us. Amber really values building a rapport with both clients and their pets while admitting and discharging patients, and caring for inpatients to help them feel as calm and comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Amber has an English Cocker Spaniel, Missy, who loves spending time with the Portland family. Missy is also a social media dog influencer so, in their spare time, Amber and Missy love working with brands, attending events, meeting other dogs in the industry and of course going on plenty of walks and coffee shop trips together.
