Portland Vets are looking for a new colleague,our East Grinstead practice is gold standard ISFM cat friendly and PSS SA GP we need an enthusiastic experienced individual to join the team.

Our shifts are either 8 or 10 hours, consults are 15 minutes long, but 30 minute consults can be booked for more complex cases and usually 1 hour for euthanasia's. We book consults in a mindful way making sure to provide time for admin, which is monitored and protected. We utilise Petsapp to allow easier communication with our clients. We provide overnight inpatient care, with dedicated nurse 5 nights per week.
Role Specifics
£50,000 - £65,000 FTE (DOE)
8 or 10hr shifts (Vet choice) with built in admin time
1 in 6 Saturdays (ave)
Supported by large team of experienced Veterinary Nurses
Overtime and Saturday work are compensated with compensatory time.
RCVS/VDS fees paid by the practice, plus 1 extra Subscription to professional organisation, such as the BSAVA.
Generous budget for CPD.
Portland Vets support employees in obtaining certificates and other qualifications.
5 weeks holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
